Setting Up Your Household Account and Members

Please add all family members in your household to your account. Each child will need an individual account within your household account in order to register for programs.

Payments, Household Credits and Refunds

You have 15 minutes while making your reservations/registrations before the system will time out and delete what you have added to your cart.

Payments on your credit card statement will be from Marion City.

Refunds can be processed in one of two ways; household credit or refunding of funds. Refunds will be processed and returned to your credit card or a check will be issued if you paid by check or cash. Refunds can take up to 15 business days to process.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be given for withdrawals from an activity prior to the start of the event, less a $10 administrative fee per transaction. There are no refunds after a program has started and fees will not be prorated if you chose to register for a program late. Credit can be made to your RecDesk household account or refund will be credited back to your credit card. Exceptions may be approved by the Parks and Recreation Director or their designee.

Examples 1. John signs up grandsons for a camp. He calls to cancel both; we charge a $10 administrative fee and refund the program fees. (One fee, one transaction.) 2. John signs up grandsons for a camp. He cancels Jim and leaves Joe in the program; we charge a $10 administrative fee and refund the applicable program fee. He calls to cancel Joe a week later which is another refund transaction; we charge a $10 administrative fee and refund the applicable program fee. (Two fees, two transactions.)

A non-refundable late fee of $10 per individual registration will be added after the registration deadline has passed.

Reservations

Beginning January 1, 2024 we are accepting reservations through December 31, 2025, for these facilities. The green box that says reserve on the reservation calendar means there is a time slot still available for that date.

Registration Deadlines

The regular rate will be charged through the early registration deadline. The additional $10.00 late fee will begin after the early register date has passed. We suggest registering early, we cannot guarantee there will be openings once the additional $10.00 fee begins.

Wait List

Please add the program participant on the wait list, not the parent/guardian.

Volunteer Coaches

If you would like to volunteer coach, you will need to complete a registration for yourself. Be sure to register for the correct sporting division your child is participating in.
