Setting Up Your Household Account and Members

Please ensure that all family members are added to your household account. Each child must have their own individual account within your household to register for programs.

Payments, Household Credits, and Refunds

You have 15 minutes to complete your reservations/registrations before the system will time out and remove items from your cart.

Payments on your credit card statement will appear as "Marion City."

Refunds can be processed either as a household credit or refunded to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 15 business days. If you paid by check or cash, a refund will be issued by check.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available for withdrawals prior to the start of an event, subject to a $10 administrative fee per transaction. Once a program has started, no refunds will be given, and fees will not be prorated for late registrations. Refunds can be credited to your RecDesk household account or refunded to your credit card. Exceptions may be approved by the Parks and Recreation Director or their designee.

Examples:

If John cancels his grandsons' camp registration, we charge one $10 administrative fee for the transaction and refund the remaining program fees.
If John cancels one child's registration but leaves the other enrolled, a $10 fee applies for the first cancellation. If he later cancels the second registration, another $10 fee is charged.

A non-refundable $10 late fee will apply after the registration deadline.

Reservations

Starting January 1, 2025, we are accepting reservations through December 31, 2026, for the following facilities. Dates with an available time slot will be indicated by a green "reserve" box on the calendar.

Registration Deadlines

Regular rates apply through the early registration deadline. A $10 late fee will be charged after the early registration period ends. We recommend registering early, as spaces may fill up quickly.

Wait List

Please add the program participant (child) to the waitlist, not the parent or guardian.

Volunteer Coaches

If you’d like to volunteer as a coach, please complete a registration for yourself in addition to your child. Make sure you register for the correct division that your child is participating in.
