HOUSEHOLD ACCOUNT: When setting up your Account, include ALL members of your household. CANCELATION TEXT ALERTS: Include a mobile number on your Account to receive text alerts for programs. REFUNDS/CREDITS: These can now be applied as a credit to your Household Account for future programs or reservations. Should you want a refund instead of household credit you will be charged a $10.00 administrative fee per registration/rental. VOLUNTEER COACHES: If you are interested in being a volunteer coach for your child’s program, complete the volunteer coaching registration under the appropriate program. Be sure to register yourself (the adult) as the coach and not the child already in the program. REGISTER EARLY: Please register early to ensure we have adequate numbers to hold programs. We cannot guarantee openings after the deadline passes. WAITLISTS: If a program is full and you are still interested in participating, add your child to the waitlist. In some cases, we may be able to make accommodations to add participants by adding additional staff/teams/classes. Waitlists do NOT guarantee a spot in the program. WAIVERS/FORMS: You may be asked to complete participation waivers for each program and for each child. Be sure to complete them during the registration process.
