The Depot pavilion is available for rental July 1—October 31. Inside is a fridge and microwave available for use. There are four round tables on the main level and 3 tables on the upper mezzanine. Trash must be placed in the containers provided.
All-day rentals run from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $120.

Note:
No refunds for pavilion rentals.
All park users are required to place their trash in the containers provided.
Inflatable bouncy houses or similar items are not allowed in conjunction with pavilion rental.
Reservations ending at 3 p.m. should exit at that time; one hour is allowed between reservations for cleanup by Park staff.
If you should arrive at the pavilion and someone is in the pavilion, you can show them your permit as proof of your reservation. If there are any problems, contact the Pavilion Attendant at (319) 329-2107 or the Police Department non-emergency number at (319) 377-1511.
Marion City Code Park rules (Ch. 238) apply to all pavilion rentals in addition to the following:
ANIMALS 117-14: No animal shall be allowed in any City park, pavilion, playground, food vendor or ball field in a City park or golf course unless it is attached to a leash not more than 6 ft. in length and of sufficient strength to restrain the animal when the leash is held by a person capable of restraining and controlling the animal. No animal, except for service animals, shall be allowed in any City pool or splash pad, except at such times and under such conditions as specified by the Parks Department.
SMOKING, TOBACCO, NICOTINE, VAPORIZERS PROHIBITED 238-16: Smoking and the use of tobacco, nicotine products, and vaporizers will not be allowed in City parks, trails, buildings and parking lots. This includes usage in personal vehicles while on City property. Violators will be subject to a $50 fine.
RULES FOR ALCOHOL IN PARKS AND PAVILIONS: Renter accepts all responsibility for facility and participants. Only beer and wine are allowed at pavilions. No hard liquor is allowed. Cans or cardboard containers only; no kegs, no bottles. No parties open to the public. Alcohol must be kept within the confines of the pavilions (not allowed at Marion Municipal Pool). No alcoholic beverages will be served to minors. ALCOHOL IS NOT ALLOWED AT HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION PARTIES.
