Facilities
-Sunburst (activity room) capacity 40. Room remains as set with 10 small square tables with 4 chairs each.
-Hickory (dining room) with kitchen; capacity 60. Room has 9 round tables with 6 chairs each.
-Oaks (kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave & sink); for capacity of 90, set room to 15 round tables with 6 chairs each; for capacity of 120, set room to 15 round tables with 8 chairs each. Standard set-up for Oaks is 6 round tables with 6 chairs each; renter will need to set up additional tables.
Round tables are 60 inches.
Rental time slots:
-Half Day 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. ($750)
-Half Day 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. ($750)
-Full Day 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. ($1,500)
Alcohol Permit $50 (non-refundable). Alcohol is not allowed at high school graduation events. Payment in full is due at time of rental. Extra items (AV items, extra hours) will be invoiced separately.
Rentals can be made for the current and following calendar year.

CANCELLATIONS: Fifty percent (50%) of rental fee will be returned for cancellation requests made more than 24 hours prior to the rental. Cancellations made within 24 hours of rental will not be refunded. Alcohol permit fee is non-refundable.
SMOKING, TOBACCO, NICOTINE, VAPORIZERS PROHIBITED 238-16: Smoking and the use of tobacco, nicotine products, and vaporizers will not be allowed in City parks, trails, buildings and parking lots. This includes usage in personal vehicles while on City property. Violators will be subject to a $50 fine.
Table decorations only; no wall decorations (no tape, tacks, nails, or adhesive). All decorations must be taken down and removed before leaving the building.
Lighted candles and fog/smoke machines are not allowed in the building.
No food or beverages allowed in lobby area.
All tables and counters must be wiped after use. Any spills or breakage must be cleaned up. Sweep the floor at the end of the rental.
Garbage is to be bagged and taken to the facility dumpster.
All reservations must end by 10:00 p.m.
Parks and Recreation Department office is closed and locked after 4:00 p.m. weekdays, and all day on weekends.
