Programs

Note:

Meets Monday-Friday for two weeks.
Lessons are ONLY cancelled if we are in a storm/tornado warning.
We conduct safety skills in the locker rooms if there is lightening spotted. No lightening and a gentle rain, swimmers will get in.

Level 3: Participants must be able to stand unassisted in 3 1/2 feet of water.
Students learn front crawl with rotary breathing, back crawl, butterfly arm and leg motions, a kneeling or standing dive, survival float and retrieve a submerged object.
