Marion Parks and Recreation is teaming up with the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders to offer Learn to Skate Lessons at the Ice Loop this winter! RoughRiders staff will teach kids fundamental skating skills and hopefully encourage a love of being on the ice. Free skate rentals will be provided for each class. Limited number of spots available.
